Gatewest Coin will be closed Friday July 1 through Sunday July 10 inclusive. This includes both our retail store at 1711 Corydon Avenue, and our mail-order operations. All orders placed online during the closure will be processed the following week (July 11). All shipments will be delayed in shipping due to our closure. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The person working there was extremely rude and the silver was a ripoff. Definitely not going back. Edit- your unit price is a ripoff. You shouldnt even walk in to a silver dealer without knowing what the spot price is. I walk in one day and 1 oz costed $32 then I go in a couple of months later and get charged $40 for the same spot price! Kinda got your finger on the scale there. And youre absolutely right, all your customers are crazy, theres no possible way your employees are rude and youre gaslighting to save face. If you took half the effort providing your customers value as you do trying to shew away bad reviews, you wouldnt have any.
