Recently visited KMG to sell my old notes and a little bit healthy white lady told me she doesn't know much about its value and prices as she doesn't like to buy old coins and notes, she told me to go to Gatewest Coins near by.

Never offered minimum gesture or even any single word except asking only required information. Didn’t gave enough time to take decision. Overall I was feeling like I am in a prison & I should get out ASAP from that rude man . I wish they could assure a minimum customer service …….

I went there and asked if they buy nickel, the guy said no...meanwhike there was a poster right beside hin that said they do buy nickel, even goinf as far to say "nickels" (the 5cent coins which i had)...website also says they buy it. Guy was rude to me and said they didnt...i was there to buy junk silver, and found a really nice purple toned dime, i said o waa gonna buy it and told him to tally everything up...when i checked the bag it was gone...the guy kept it!!! ? i felt robbed
