★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always get appointment quickly and the staff are friendly, optometrist is good with myself and kids. Very thorough and accurate. I had a heck of a time with my prescription as I was on the cusp of needing bi-focals or full prescription and use reading glasses. But Shelley was very knowledged and patient and we tried a variety of contact strengths mixed so that I can still see far and near without needing reading glasses.
People may think Wal-Mart is cheap and other optometrist offices charge more but do better...nope. I have had experiences with other offices where they missed things on exam, made glasses wrong etc. Wal-Mart Vision offers quality customer service and well knowledged optometrists who do a great job!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could leave 0 I would. Very unprofessional and unhelpful. Would not give me access to my own information. Extremely disappointed but I guess this is how they keep you dependent on them solely and not willing or staffed well enough with competent or caring people that are qualified to do what customers need on any given day. Went in for contacts they couldn't do it. Wanted the info from my previous fitting but they also refused to do that. The file was sitting in front of them but they refused to open it. I'm disappointed but it's Walmart so I guess it is what it is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff at the Walmart Vision Centre in AIRDRIE are awesome. Super friendly, very knowledgeable , and so helpful. Always treating us with respect, kindness and a friendly smile.
We were just in today and dealt with Darryl. He’s always so professional, he is always helping us out. Broken glasses, adjustments or whatever we need, he is always happy to help

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saw Dr. Tam the other day. She was very thorough and explained my eye condition more clearly than any other opthalmologist I've seen. She also sent a detailed letter to my specialists and family doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought 2 pair glasses during the pandemic. They tried very hard to keep everything clean and sanitized. Helpful staff. Some great suggestions esp. For glasses involving computer work. Happy with my choices. Prices however seem to be higher than expected.
