★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My phone's battery stopped working - the phone itself wouldn't hold a charge. I went to the Oshawa Virgin Mobile kiosk but they don't send phones out for repair; the girl working there advised me to go to the Pickering Town Centre to do so. It was 4:15pm and the Pickering mall closes at 6pm on Saturdays, and as I can't drive, I was pressed for time. Somehow I made it there on time - and was able to have all of my concerns addressed by a very kind and efficient fellow working there named Sean. He promptly set me up with a loaner phone. Because I've never had to use a loaner before, Sean kindly explained everything I need to know for the process. He made a stressful day much more easy - thank you so much for your wonderful service at Virgin, Sean!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service at the kiosk was okay. Just wanted to apply for a new phone after my previous virgin contract was done. They do not offer any loyalty programs, for returning customers. Just got offered the same script as if I was a new customer. Make sure to compare providers before looking here. Make sure to also check the receipt before you leave as I thought I was getting a free case, but they charged me an additional $60 for a cheap case.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ali is the man! Woke up to my phone not working, called customer service, called the warranty people, finally was told to go to Pickering and they can send my phone out for repairs.
I get there and Ali just used his magic touch and my phone was back on and charging.
This guy should be teaching classes. Super friendly service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great Experience at this kiosk! Chelsea was quick to help me and my wife with a troublesome experience (she upgraded her phone and her plan was put on my line, and vice versa). Chelsea was quick to get it resolved and took her time to make sure i was happy! Thank you for getting me a better deal as well! Great Work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience! Switched from Freedom Mobile over the Virgin Mobile. Better plan for a better price, and WAY more cell coverage. Had an issue with getting data service after the change, but the sales rep(Aquille) took the necessary time to solve the problem. I left the location very happy. Well done Virgin Mobile!

I think her name was Sharon and her representative Ali were beyond helpful and catered to all of my needs from being honest about upfront cost, my first bill, and transferring of data. They did all so fast and so conveniently. Highly recommend this specific location at Pickering Town centre
