★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tammy and Jonathan far exceed ANY customer service reps I have ever encountered in the past when upgrading a cell phone. Phenomenal services that can't be disputed. So ready and willing to help, efficiently answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns. Offered a promo deal on a phone I wasn't even considering. I was dreading updating because it usually takes so long and the sales rep normally just try to upsell you to the newest model but iI felt like my needs were really taken into consideration. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! :)

He answered all my questions and I later came by the store to pick up the product I needed.
I was very impressed with Luca's professionalism and ability to resolve my issue.. Thank-you Luca!!
Kudos also to Fiona, the Manger of this location for employing such a fine staff member to assist clients. You and your team are amazing!
I would definitely recommend and return to this location as the staff are very knowledgeable, caring and provide a high level of customer-service.

The representative named Hasan I think, was very helpful and was able to provide me with all the information needed to get myself the iPhone 13. The phone is amazing! But definitely the people there are also amazing, as they try their best to provide the best experience for their customer through truly understanding what you are looking for. Hasan helped me a lot that day I got my phone, so I highly recommend going to this Bell.
