I visited the kiosk 3 times between about 1130 and 1245 on Sunday, May 8.........I was having difficulty getting my phone # ported out to Shaw from Virgin. There were 4 customer service people at the kiosk when I was there and no other customers. I'm 79 and I was getting upset. I told them that I had health problems and wasn't feeling well. I asked if one of them could go and get me a wheelchair - they said they weren't able to do that. The thing that most struck me was the absolute absence of any kind of care or concern for me. Perhaps if one of them had said "how about taking a seat here?"(I hadn't seen the chair. Or "Let me call security and see if they can help". Some evidence of kindness/care for a fellow human being. I would not recommend Virgin to anyone!!!!

Very friendly and helpful service. I would recommend visiting this location as they have specific deals that other locations do not have. They took me through the whole process without trying to push me to buy certain things and also walked me through a lot of my new phone's features. Thank you!!

Today I received very substandard customer service from the guy at the Virgin Mobile Kiosk at Market Mall. He was helping another customer so I waited for quite a while for him to attend to this other customer. He did not acknowledge that I was standing there waiting for more than 10 minutes, just completely ignored me. I stood and waited and tried very hard to be patient. Then after about 10 minutes he acknowledged me and asked me if I had a question that would be quick. I just needed him to remove my SIM card because I had dropped my phone and it took him less than one minute to remove the card and put it back in. I feel like everyone's time is valuable and that true customer service would acknowledge this and at least acknowledge another customer who is waiting so they know they have been seen. So I give this service worker a one star for his help to the other customer.

Austin helped us out tonight with upgrading our phones and went above and beyond answering questions, showing us features, and competing the set up. I would highly recommend the market mask kiosk for the incredible customer service.

Got excellent service from Austin at the Virgin Plus kiosk in Market Mall on March 8, 2022. I needed a new phone, and Austin ensured I understood all my options so I could make informed decisions. He took as much time as necessary to be sure the new phone was set up & working β€” very thorough. Then he wrung every penny of savings out of the plan, accessories & services. Thank you, Austin!! Job well done.
