He is not my family doctor, but I know his wife. She told me that she will report to police whenever she got complaints from the patient. It is ridiculous that a person who was sick and needed help from doctor and end up was arrested by police!

Very VERY unprofessional. He never explains anything, he always tells you to come back next time even if you have a question, he never takes off his mask, it could be a fake behind that mask for all I know. He is always rushing you and you have to wait soooo long even if you have an appointment.

Horrible! Substandard! Worst than a third world public hospital standard! I don’t know how I allowed myself to let this no good person to call my doctor! He shamed my wife who was just diagnosed cancer and talk to her like the disease was her choice! Please let’s all report this filthy no good doctor to authorities so they can revoke his medical license! He doesn’t deserve to be called a doctor! Not to mention whenever I saw him I needed a translator to tell me what he says!!

Dr. lam is the worse family doctor ever. He was taking blood from me for a thyroid test last week and he ruptured a vessel causing hematoma, The blood test hurt way more than usual and I realized it and asked if everything is okay and he just said yes, when he knew exactly what had happened he didn’t say anything, he just said put pressure on it. My arm has a huge bruise on it now and it has been in pain for the last week. I will file a complaint with CPSO and don’t recommend this doctor to anyone. He doesn’t even listen to his patients and what the root of the problem actually is and just goes on to diagnosis. He also refuses to refer to specialist when necessary.

This doctor is my family doctor. Most of the time I prefer "walk in" clinics instead of going to see him. He's HORRIBLE! Waiting time is always long, easily 1~2hours past your appointment time. We always be there on time or even earlier, only one or two times we were late for about 10-20 mins, we called the staff on the way and explained why, and guess what? We were educated and threatened to have our appointment cancelled! And guess what again? We still needed to wait for about 30mins when we were late. Each time the actual diagnosis time is about 2-5mins. No longer. They can't make it longer. I guess they are overbooked all the time. The doctor is always rush. He ask you questions and you answer them. He barely listens to you saying anything more than his questions because he doesn't have time. He's extremely impatient, especially when close to the clinic closing time. He is so rushing like he hates that he couldn't just kick you out so he can kick the next patient sooner. When you are still talking to him, his back already disappeared behind the door. Yes, he's gone when you are still taking. I was too lazy to change my family doctor so I let this happen to me over and over again. But I'm so fed up with him now. I'm gonna find another family doctor. He's knowledge is ok but his morality of being a doctor is so poor. Any advice from me? Yes, RUN!

I definitely recommend this to anyone who has no dignity and is okay with being talked down by the office staff. Also for people who are okay with waiting from hours to days to find out what's wrong with them. *Must have all the time in the world to attend this doctors appointments*. Reception - 1 - They are very, VERY rude. If I had more time in my day I could go on about them. The receptionist that has been there for a long time is nice, but the other ones make you wonder how they even got a job with that attitude. Very unprofessional. The other reviews are right. They WILL threaten you to cancel appointments if you try to talk back to them. Doctor - 1 - He doesn't explain anything to you & your appointment will only be addressing one issue. I find this funny: Back a couple years ago, I was entering into the health care field and had to get my school vaccinations. I had a question about the vaccinations and if any/how often they needed to be taken for someone who is working in health care and his exact words were "I'm not your school, if you want the answer find a guidance councillor" and stormed off as usual. It's sad that he can't answer something he should know for his own health and safety. Office - 1 - It is extremely small and every cough and sneeze almost touches you. The waiting room is ALWAYS full unless you come to the first appointment they have for the day. The wait-times are ridiculous. If you work, you might as well take the whole day off for this doctor to see you. My mother had an appointment at 11:50 a.m. and she did not get taken in until 1:30 p.m. You're better off going to a walk in. It's truly sad how there are doctors like this. Many people say it is like this everywhere because they are in health care and it is stressful. I've been in and out of the hospital, specialists and other family doctors both for my own work as well as my own health since last seeing Dr.Lam. NO ONE compared to the unprofessionalism of this office.

This is the worst family doctor I have ever had. I had no choice as my grandma raised me and chose him. I even went to walk ins to avoid him while searching for a new doctor. immediately switched when I got older and realized how terrible he is and am so grateful for a compassionate doctor who properly assesses and prescribes accordingly for their patients. I was extremely sick and he intentionally prescribed me ineffective medicine. I have friends in the medical field and they were mortified. Some even teared up when they saw my condition. He used scare tactics when I came back and told him I needed a different medication. He only cares about money. The staff are rude and he is a cold emotionless doctor. I was in a lot of pain from a severe full body allergic reaction, my skin itched and burned and I could not even shower without pain. He told me it's not like I was going to die. He's a monster and undeserving of his license. A relative reported him to the hospital for not writing her a necessary script when it got so bad she had to go there for help w an illness.

I’ve been coming here for a few years and the wait times are always between 1.5-2 hours. They book appointments 10 minutes apart even though there is no possible way the doctor will ever be on time for each appointment. Just book the appointments further apart so your patients don’t have to wait for hours? It’s even more ridiculous when you take into account that you already had to wait about a month for an appointment in the first place. After waiting for an hour or two you can see the doctor for 5 minutes or so, he will always ask how much you exercise. If your answer isn’t “at least an hour every day” he will tell you to do that and dismiss your issues on you not exercising like a bodybuilder on steroid so . Maybe wait times are so long because Dr. Lam needs to get his daily exercise in between seeing patients ??‍♀️
