I don't want to see her again

β β β β β The staff is extremely rude and doctor is terrible. They make a mistake on my paper and when I went back to have it corrected, they donβt even apologize for it and make it look like itβs my fault. The doctor doesnβt even care if the staff is being rude to the patients or not. Waste of my time and frustration is the result of visiting this place. Will never go back and would advise against anyone going to him.

β β β β β The receptionist here is so rude constantly for YEARS. It is beyond me why they don't replace her. She hangs the Phone UP on patients who are in dire need of medical attention. My sister had HEART problems and she hung up on her.

β β β β β He's been my family doctor for around 10 years now. He's a reliable family doctor and works efficiently. He has a good record-keeping procedure. With the current situation, you can call in for him to fax the prescription to a local pharmacy.

β β β β β An embarrassment of a Korean doctor. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Called my mom and yelled at her over the phone - I was shocked that a doctor would speak to a patient in such way.

β β β β β Waste of a star. Staff are straight up rude. I cannot believe that the receptionist yelled at me for asking if they accept walk-in patients for a friend. Asked her why she's mad at me and she yelled at me saying "I'm not mad, we don't do walk-ins, what do you want me to do?"
Spoke to Dr. Kevin Cho about her behaviour, so that this does not happen again. However, he said "well, I can't fire her for that, can I?". I never asked you to fire her... but to coach her. Will be changing my family doctor ASAP.

β β β β β I would give no stars if I could. All the staff are rude and the doctor is not trustworthy. My mom has been going to him for years and he denies referrals to specialists. One time, she had to beg to see a specialist and when she finally saw one, the specialist called an ambulance to have her have an emergency heart surgery on that day. If something god forbid happened to her, I would have started a major lawsuit to have his license taken away. Dr. Cho takes Korean patients for granted, knowing they don't have a lot of doctors to choose from due to their language barrier.
Dr. Cho I hope you see this review.

β β β β β I wouldn't call him a doctor. For the sake of community, I seriously think he should stop doing what he does. He is heartless, clueless and lazy. My parents had him as family doctor. He did not inform us of important information from specialist regarding my father's cancer. (This, he will insisit not his job) Well... my dad passed away last year since it was too late. Had this guy been acting more like his title, my dad might have lived longer.
He also refused to check multiple health concerns my mom has. He said he can take care only one at a time and asked my mom to come back later for another health issue. After the horrible experience with this horrible person, she had to change to different doctor
