Highly unorganized, when they try cover up their screw ups they become more ridiculous. Past two year I have NEVER seen they arrange any appointments (other doctors or labs) in time period they told me at first place. My last lab appointment (should be done in one week) took 30 day after calling twice (every 10 days) and telling the doctor once.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ People in front desk are so impolite and rude. Me and my wife are Dr. Aghaei's patients for years and though we are pleased with her professional manner the two front desk ladies are disappointing. It makes me uncomfortable to talk with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Haji Aghaei, is an absolutely fantastic doctor. She is so kind, understanding, and always takes the time to listen and help you with whatever your concern is. She is compassionate, knowledgeable and genuine. Absolutely above and beyond. She always cares about welfare of her patients, and actively listens to them. She is very thorough. She deserves all the praise and recognition in the world. I don’t think there are many doctors let alone people whom are as kind and passionate about their careers as she is. Jessica, Dr. Hajy Aghaei's assistant, always addressed my concerns or issues, promptly with care and consideration. The entire staff are amazing as well!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff at frond desk are mot polite. Very bad registration and waiting time is crazy! Dr.Aghai is super busy and whenever you call for an appointment, she is booked until next month. Even for the emergencies, they asked you to come as a walk in patient. And you have to wait for at least 2 hours!
One question per visit! You can’t talk about multiple issues in one visit and need to book appointments for every single one! She is not listening carefully and don’t call you for any follow up checkups and not even refer you to professions if you need so.
Don’t come to her if you have serious issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure why there are so many horrid reviews. My review is only speaking of my experience with Dr. Wong.
Dr. Wong is an amazing Physician. Knowledgeable, patient-oriented and goes above and beyond. Had an uncommon reaction to the Keto diet. He did some research and followed-up with me about possible causes and solutions. Never had such a positive experience with a Doctor before. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Wong is amazing but reception is awful. Front desk never picks up phone (busiest for an hour in the morning), and can't even leave a voice message because the voicemail box is full (never emptied). Doesn't take patients seriously. My husband said the receptionists talk behind the patients back the moment they leave the counter (???). Inappropriate and risking to lose good doctors since it's so difficult for patients to get a hold of them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the most horrible experience at one of the doctor offices the other day. The front desk have no such a idea about booking appointments and not even talking to patients. Not responding at the office neither on the phone. I was dealing with Rose and Zen, both of them are inexperienced and not understanding receptionist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The front desk is just a mess. They have no idea what they are doing. Is it really hard to have professional front desk??? Really why?
Also the doctor is not caring as he is just super busy with accepting lots of patients a day and also never ever expect to have your appointment scheduled around the time you had it. When appointment is 11, dr. Will call you at 8 at night
