I am extremely satisfied by Dr Mark Lin’s professionalism in a way that he took the time to explain in very detailed of my implant treatment plans. Dr Lin is patient with my questions he answered and addressed in a manner that I felt well treated. The staff was cheerful, courteous, tentative which created an atmosphere to ease the dental visit. I highly recommend Dr Mark Lin.

I have been suffering with severe migraines for 20+ years. I also clench my teeth so hard that I wake up with pain in my jaw every morning. I have finally gotten relief with having Botox placed on my cheeks and temples. Dr.Lin was so informative, he answered all my questions and put me at ease. The whole experience was pain free and very easy. It’s amazing starting my mornings now pain free. I also want to thank Paolo for making the appointment relaxed and fun. Thank you!!!!

Very professional services. Very welcoming and friendly staff. I've been to other places and after each appointment, there's discomfort in my gums or cheeks. Even after moving downtown, I still go back to North York. For my wisdom teeth extraction, Dr. Lin took the time to explain to me the procedure and my options. The day of the surgery was smooth and recovery was quick. I credit this to Dr. Lin and his staff. Highly recommend anyone who is looking for a good doctor to visit Dr. Lin.

I would not recommend. Dr. Lin seemed competent enough however I found him unnecessarily rough in his examination. This is something that worried me when real work had to be done. The staff lacked any sense of genuineness or caring. They run through their checklist of whatever they are tasked to do as if on auto-pilot. I asked as I was setting up the appointment if they bill the insurance company. They said yes. I got there for the consultation and again spoke about insurance. Their responses were dismissive, seeming to avoid the subject as they plowed through their tasks. It was at this point I had a strong feeling I should get up and leave. I wish I had acted on that but then the doctor came in. Dr. Lin examined me and we talked briefly. Then he suggested I get x-rays without mentioning anything about costs even after I had spoken to him about insurance. So, all these times I spoke about insurance, at no time did these people say, hey, you're going to be paying over $530.00 out of pocket on the way out the door. This was just for a consultation and x-rays. I was shocked and the girl at the counter was completely detached. I guess she's used to it, the way this place operates. They did send in a quote for the work they wanted to do and when I got the response a few days later from my insurance, which is really excellent coverage, only portions of each item were covered noting on each that the proposed costs exceeded the dental fee guide amounts. If this place was so good that it justified extra costs, that would be one thing but I quickly found another dental office with excellent ratings and I have already had quite a bit of work done now. In comparison to Dr. Lin's office, this other place is extremely compassionate, they listen carefully and respond to all my questions, their fees are within the dental fee guidelines and they bill my insurance company. They also suggested all the same procedures that Dr. Lin did so I cannot see any difference in expertise. I had work done just before the holidays and was told if I needed them even on Christmas Day, they would respond. I didn't because they did an outstanding job and everything went textbook without any complications or even pain. I would not anticipate having this kind of experience with Dr. Lin's office. So, I paid the $530.00 that day and he lost a patient with a substantial amount of work to do and insurance to cover it making it pretty much a sure thing.

Best dental experience. I did an implant and crown for my front tooth. The surgery was painless and great! Dr. Lin is the best dentist I have ever came across and I have visited many in my lifetime. The staff are very friendly and kind. You feel confident that you will receive the best service there. They did not try to convince me the end crown colour is “good”. They were honest and tried everything until I was satisfied. Coming to this office is worth every penny you spend. I highly recommend it to everyone!

Had my tooth implant done here. Everyone here was very friendly and professional. Dr. Lin was very experienced and responsible. Very happy with the results.

Very pleasant and welcoming environment. The staff was amazing... friendly and professional. Although the office is a busy place, l felt as if l was the only one there. Full explanation and expectations provide. Loved and appreciated how happy the staff were as a good working environment is vital part of ones overall health. I felt confident l will receive the best care.

My dad spent over $40K on implants with Dr. Lin which ended up in infections and my dad had to pay another dentist to remove the implant because Dr. Lin was “too busy” to see him. My dad loves to eat and suffered immensely by Dr. Lin’s awful service. If things go accordingly it’s all good but if something goes wrong, he closes his door on you. There are way better and more ethical dental surgeons out there. This guy is just about making the most out of his patients.
