Missed a phonecall appointment at 9:45am, called back immediately, was told I would get a phone call, called back twice, and then was rudely given attitude that I was "too lazy to answer the first time," then was told *I* was the one being rude before the receptionist hung up on me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Up until recently I would have given this five stars but when Dr Rousseau retired I have had nothing but issues here. I can't seem to get through no matter what time I call and then you're answering machine says that don't bother leaving a message unless you're canceling an appointment what kind of service is this I guess you're forcing your patients to go elsewhere at this point this is absolutely ridiculous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Edwards is really sweet and explains everything in detail. During the pandemic she called me for our scheduled appointments and had the staff at the front desk book a bloodwork test appointment. The whole process was very smooth!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionist never answers the phone and when she does, she is rude and impatient. Today my husband went in to give some information they requested. While he was gathering the info the receptionist literally rolled her eyes at him. They are the face of the practice. If finding a new was doctor was easy, I would be leaving.

Her impeccable attention to detail along with her professional experience to solve a health issue is amazing. She is such a caring doctor with an amazing work ethic who ALWAYS goes above and beyond for her patients. I am truly grateful and blessed to have her as my physician.
