Rachel makes planning my wedding so much easier, with her broad knowledge in different floral arrangements down to the significance and meaning of each individual flower. She has made this experience a great one for me and I'd be lost without her! Thank you so much for ensuring all of the floral arrangements for my wedding will be everything ive dreamed of!

Buyer beware - do not order ONLINE with this company. You will receive no confirmation of flowers being ordered/delivered and then when you call their voicemail box is full and they never pickup. Cannot speak for ordering in person.

The florist at Applewood was extremely helpful when the original flowers I wanted weren't in stock. I gave her creative freedom to put together a beautiful potted plant and the recipient loved the end product. Would recommend!

Will not be returning here. Didn’t feel very welcome, in fact I was receiving attitude from a few people for no reason. The website was very misleading in regards to the sizing of bouquets, payment was taken immediately without offering me any extra options/alternatives at additional costs..

Its the small things in LIFE that make you the happiest!! TODAY was one of those DAYS!! As an ex florist myself, I made a beautiful White Tulip Bouquet for my Mom for Easter. Probably her last one at best due to a very serious Medical Condition. I was at Applewood Plaza and remembered I didn't have any ribbon to make a BOW to add the my arrangement!!! I saw the sign Applewood Village Florist and stopped in. I was greeted by a very nice young Lady, Racheal. She asked me how I was and I replied LAZY!! lol lol Because I didn't have the time to make a BOW for my Mom's Flowers. In seconds, Racheal stopped what she was doing and help me pick the most gorgeous RIBBONS and made me a BOW that looked like it was done by an ANGEL!! She TRULY made my day and I said to her THANK YOU. ITS THE SMALL THINGS IN LIFE TAHT MAKE YOU THE HAPPIEST!!! I will be definitely going back to this Floral Shop as a New Cherished Customer!!! Reply not valid. No mistake. Skinner and Middlebrook Funeral home was disturbed by the substitution. Carnations are not a substitution for Roses and validated by FTD. However FTD said, unless ordered directly from FTD, they do not guarantee arrangements. They recommended always using the Funeral home Florists. Original review stands. Terrible! ALERT! Tried to support a very small local business! Do not accept any web site photos and always check no substitutions. I have never had such terrible service. Did not return my call after my complaint for substituting Carnations of an FTD Rose arrangement. No email contact. I paid over $100 for a FTD pictured arrangement of lovely pink roses, that took much consideration by both myself and Daughter. It was for my Dear Aunt who had Sadly passed at the Mississauga Hospital, and too, selected for her Daughter to take home after the service, to bring some light to her home where she had cared lovingly for her Mom for years. I wanted a warm Rose Sentiment od lasting love from the pink roses. I was mortified seeing it was not what we had selected. No email or phone call to advise me. No, terrible service at a very important time. There is no way to undue the damage at such a tender time . This was for an important family members sentimental Funeral. Carnations do not substitute Roses. Completely ruined the Heatfelt Sentiment. I'm Out of Province in Vancouver BC, but Grew up in Oakville, so I guess they figured I would never know. The pause on the phone when i called said it all. The clerk said coldly, they could have someone pick up the flowers at the funeral home. Another insult, are you kidding me. How insensitive. I said absolutely not , how rude and insulting. Busted! I used this flowershop as a very small business to establish a local shop to send several arrangements through out the year and not use a chain. Sadly, they lost my busine I do not recommend this very small local flower shop business.
