About viiz Communications
James MacKenzie and John Wilson shared a vision of creating a lasting business, co-founding an innovative telecommunications company in 2004. Valuing people, maintaining a perpetual start-up mentality, leveraging intellectual property and delivering solutions to fit the needs of our customers were (and are) all core tenets of this partnership. Today, that business is viiz.
Our growth of almost 1000% has been fuelled by ongoing research and development, in addition to more than 15 acquisitions of similar companies. Delivering on our strategy and commitment to premium voice services, we’ve created a full suite of products and services. As the largest provider of voice services to telco’s and cableco’s in North America, we enable our clients to focus on core strategic initiatives.
We have expanded to develop of a fully redundant modern voice platform, network and infrastructure with call centers around the world. Cloud and software based solutions created at viiz can be leveraged into new markets and verticals. Evidence of this is our recent entry into telematics, emergency services and customer care markets.

β β β β β $96 for a collect call to my parents. 1800collect is a scam charges 29.99 for accepting and 2.99 each minute. This viiz company bought it from another company and raised it 10x the cost of the previous. It used to be 2.99 to accept and .50 per minute now these scam artists really rob you never dial 1800collect dial 0 and use a non scam company. Been years since i needed to call collect now im paying for it. Canadian company must be high if they think i will not call them on this BS.

Customer service when multiple billing errors occur is illogical and in-comprehensive not to mention very lengthy. Vert little help!
Stay away from payphones that look like Bell service they are a rip off.
