★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not recommend them . To anyone. The guy told us that if we use their security cameras. And alarm systems . We have 7 months free of payment. And then if we recommend somebody to them and they get installed and we get another 4 months free. And i recommended my friend. They got installed. After 2 months of using this we got billed. Already.and if u plan to cancelled it. You will pay for the whole 5 years! Such too much lie !!on this. Theyre cheating on people.

When he came I was home with my two little ones and he was great with the kids and remembered their names and when I had to stop mid conversation to mom it up he totally understood. Happy that he will be our go to guy for the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever with this company and the system was just installed today. I was rescheduled not once, not twice and not thrice for installation but 4 times. It is nearly impossible to get out of the contract even without the equipment being present in your home. Once the installer did show up (30 minutes late) he was disrespectful of my home, tracked mud and dirt throughout and did not clean up after himself. He also poorly installed the doorbell camera, when asked why my home was making such a terrible noise after he attempted to install the doorbell he stated "you should hire an electrician" then proceeded to leave the doorbell unattached. To top it all off the carbon monoxide detector he installed less than 12 hours ago is already stating the battery needs to be changed. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND, i want my money back. Would give 0 stars if possible.

The door to door salesman Micheal promised monthly discounts and a lump sum credit for early cancellation of my previous contract with another home security company. After sending my concerns into the escalation team I have not heard back from anyone. I provided the text message screen shot between Micheal and myself stating each credit and they still will not honour them or even respond back. I would highly suggest to AVOID Smart Haven

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give a negative star rating I would! I received nothing but terrible service from this company starting right from installation of the system! The install tech had to come back 3 times to complete the installation, and the equipment kept losing service. I had to have techs come back or try to resolve issues by phone on NUMEROUS occasions to fix problems. The customer representatives who answer the phones don't care at all to make sure the problems are resolved. I would STRONGLY recommend that you go with ANYONE ELSE, you'll get better customer service!

He patiently took his time making sure he was installing everything properly and interacted with us like a friend.
