Y	Yannic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disorganized, rude, negligent, incompetent, invasive, and dishonest management staff. DO NOT LIVE HERE! Any other option is the better option! The price is right, and the view is nice. But that is all this place has going for itself.

Gave 5 months of notices to enter the apartment only to change a door and window!!! and the building is getting renovated so its get pretty load EVERY SINGLE DAY from 8 to 5. Wonder how people are giving 4 stars. I have yet to see a person satisfied living in this building... Its cheaper than other places but its a very very bad deal.... DONT move in now maybe in a year or so when then renovation is done!!!!!!!!!!!!
C	Cole Gibson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff and management were incredibly rude while I stayed here, I was polite while I stayed and always paid rent on time, but they were very malicious and had no empathy for others. The security was way too much as well and would sometimes harass my friends for waiting for me downstairs. On top of it the construction was giving notice to enter my room for every single month just to replace a door and window. The view is nice but it's absolutely not worth it. No tenant should have to be treated so poorly, so I'd reccommend steering clear of this place.

C	Catherine Reid on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ quiet, new staff are competent and helpful, really good rates for a broke 20-something like me:) the building is undergoing a rebranding so they’ve stepped up security and become stricter with who they accept as tenants, so i feel safe here. the building itself is a little dated and the halls smell of cigarettes because they’re carpeted, but the units themselves are very nice and clean and don’t smell at all. update: since this review they’ve gotten the hallway carpets professionally cleaned which has really made the halls smell better:)
