★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some security issues and there is definitely some rushed things during development that they’ve tried to cut corners on that are now causing issues.. But overall nice building. Very modern interiors and super friendly residents with lots of dogs

I agree with the earlier post about security, however, that was during peak covid crisis and the city let the tent city on Pandora get way out of control. Crime spiked all around the general area. I really like the interiors, really nice. The strata council is managed by a great group of people as well.
