R	Ryan Schott on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really enjoyed my second visit to the Nordic spa. 2hrs always feels like plenty of time to do the circuit as many times as I want. Both the steam room and the sauna were great. My only feedback would be that the sauna can get a bit cool if other circuit goers aren't actively tossing water on the rocks. A thermometer in the sauna and some guidance for others about what temperature range the sauna should be at would be great!
C	Calvin Ford on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place is not as big as I thought it would be, but luckily they limit the number of people doing the " circuit" so the place does not seem too crowded. The steam room is really nice, just need to work on the door as it takes a bit of effort to close it. The cold plunge pool takes a bit to get used to, but by the end I could stay in for the whole 3 minutes. Overall I think this is a great addition to Victoria. The only complaint I would have is that they let you wear your street shoes in past the entrance. The floor gets a little dirty from the mixture of water and dirt tracked in on shoes. I have been to a number of these spas and they make you take your shoes off and store them at the front. A minor complaint and I am sure part of the early growing pains. I wish them much success and I will definitely be back!
L	Lisa Jaster on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a pleasure! Such a great place to go through the cycles of hot, cold, and rest. My partner and I went a couple of weeks ago during the day and it was great! We went into the sauna, used the bucket shower then lounged outside on a sunny day. A lovely bonus to have the ice machine there to just to pin point spots to cool down (definitely great for face and neck). Loved it! Also wow - what a nice hot steam room. The humidity and heat was tenable in this room which we had all to ourselves during our mid day visit. Great to have choices for levels of privacy too (private cedar sauna). The relaxation area on that side is super chill and cozy! Happy that Victoria has such a nice place to get your sweat on!

The health benefits of hot and cold therapy are well documented; I can't wait to add a massage to my next visit.
N	Natalie Hicken on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is great! Just opened last week and I’ve been twice! Enjoyed the steam room, sauna, cold plunge, outdoor patio with snow machine and the salt lounge! Had a lovely relaxation massage by Hanna after an hour doing the Nordic Circuit. When booking the massages, the massage is after your plunges. Ask for a fresh robe after, so you don’t need to put your cold suit and wet robe back on! The main sauna isn’t cedar which is a bit of a miss, but they’re building a private, 4 person cedar sauna in the back, and it smells amazing! Definitely look forward to renting it as the cedar scent really makes it!

Steam room, multiple saunas, cold plunge pool, salt lounge and they even have a snow machine! Nothing in Victoria like it. If you’re looking for a hot/cold relaxation therapy and true unique experience with a modern vibe - this is the top of the list. 5 stars all the way!

Felt good to spend time in a social space, in sauna with others. I also really liked being able to spend time on patio in between. Thought I would stick to the hot part of the circuit but after watching others got up the courage for a cold plunge... and it was great! Interesting to learn new things about wellness and different therapies, and how our body/mind react. They told me I would be super hungry later and sleep well, and they were right! Overall was a very enjoyable afternoon and healthy too. Recommend highly.
