From the lovely greeting at the door, through your services, and until you finish your treatments, the staff is kind, courteous and extremely good at what they do. I highly reccomend Alex who is wonderful to work with. Five star service and elegance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enjoyed the atmosphere and the massage was very good. There is a little shop at the front of the store that offers many great products. Would highly recommend and my mother-in-law recently visited here who also has a glowing review about The Magnolia.

They created a safe and peaceful environment for us to relax. Their techniques were absolutely incredible and it made a real difference on how we feel. A huge thank you to them! Next time we visit Victoria, we'll stop by!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The BEST facial I have ever had. FULL experience, the staff are wonderful. I booked into an hour facial, the entire hour was fulfilled with an arm massage, foot massage you name it while my facial masks were setting. Would highly recommend and return.

She really cares about your skin and the experience she is providing! I had a lovely visit and felt completely relaxed and recharged after.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the Embrace Package today and this was the best spa experience in Victoria I have ever had. The Spa itself is very nice, clean and a friendly environment. I had Melissa, she was fantastic! The Embrace Package is extremely relaxing and well thought out with the timing of each treatment while giving your toes enough time to dry after the pedicure. I will very back and I highly highly recommend to anyone who is looking to have a spa day or single treatment. Thanks again Melissa
