Erica's deep knowledge of the body combined with her technique of gentle yet firm message therapy and reiki, has saved me from acute back pain from holding tension and stress on my back, many times. :) I highly recommend her. ?

I usually schedule my appointments right after work which is a 6 minute walk away. I feel so relaxed after my massage, Carolyn is great and listens to what I want. Definitely recommend ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Erica is a true professional. She is knowledgeable and experienced in identifying the contributing factors and source of pain. She provided relief from pain and relaxation through essential oils and a calming presence during the massage. She provided me with exercises to do on my own to help with maintenance.
I would highly recommend Erica to anyone looking for therapeutic as well as relaxation massage. Just go see her, you'll be thankful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just went for my first massage here today as I was in a lot of pain and needed to see someone downtown after work TODAY. Luckily Phashan had a cancellation and fit me in. The office is lovely and serene. There were wonderful touches like soft music, a fountain, essential oils and hot towels. The massage itself was fantastic, relaxing and therapeutic and sensitive to my personal preferences. Will be going again!

She took the time to listen to what my needs were and then combined that with her knowledge and understanding of the musculoskeletal system for an outstanding series of treatments. She’s strong but gentle, offers practical advice, communicates her intentions clearly and has a very open and welcoming energy surrounding her. I would have to learn more words than I already know to adequately describe Haley’s abilities however I can say that she has “it” - which is a rare trait these days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I arrived in Victoria for vacation a couple months ago I could barely walk due to back pain likely caused from sitting in a cramped (non first-class) airplane seat. I had planned to walk as my main mode of transportation while on my holiday and needed to rectify this situation quickly. I was able to book an appointment online for the next day with Haley Trent.
Haley took the time to review my medical history and investigate the current pain I was experiencing. Being from out of town and possibly being a one-time patient did not in any way affect the quality of care I received. My massage appointment with Haley helped me regain my mobility and truly saved my vacation. Thank you for helping me get back on my feet again for the remainder of the trip.
