โ โ โ โ โ I Have always gone here and found it to be great however they have recently changed my mind. I threw my back out and am in need of an appointment as I am in quite a bit of pain. I booked for Friday then got a call saying my tech was sick.. So we rebooked for Monday. I call Monday to confirm and the reception made a booking error and booked me for a week away. She was not able to make any arrangements to get me in during the time frame where I did not have to take time off work due to her mistake. She did offer a discount, however at this point that is not good enough. I am very upset and due to this experience they have lost my business. They should have made accommodations due to their mistake. Poor poor communication!!

โ โ โ โ โ Excellent service! I feel safe when going in for appointments after they reopened during covid because they disinfect everything, wear and provide masks, sanitizer, ask covid questions and they do direct billing.

โ โ โ โ โ I met with Caroline yesterday for acupuncture and she truly went above and beyond. She sat me down for my consultation and was so engaged in listening to the struggles I was experiencing. She made me feel like such a priority, and even extended our time together so that she could offer me a TCM massage, and did cupping as well... needless to say, I am so thrilled to continue my healing at Remedy thanks to their lovely staff.

โ โ โ โ โ Finding their lovely website made me want to go to this clinic. Getting there, the office was greater than my expectation. It is warm and inviting. I had accupuncture treatment and it was wonderful. I want to try everything this clinic has to offer now. I highly recommend it and I will go back.
