★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible building management - you have to fight with them to get anything done. They constantly tried to convince me that the hot water turning cold and staying cold was just my imagination. Just moved out and they are trying to give me grief because I put a broken piece of furniture into the dumpster - not next to it, but actually in the dumpster. They are quick to find fault with you, but then do the absolute bare minimum to take care of the building. I would never voluntarily live here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very old building, unless your condo has been renovated expect early 90's appliances. Very hot in the summer due to large windows. Parking stalls are not included, frustrating that Strata allows landlords to rent stalls out so expect to pay $300+ for a stall. Management was ok but frustrating to deal with. I can't foresee myself living in another building run by Cornerstone.
