★ ★ ★ ★ ★ has potential to be a good place close to a few stores starbucks bus stops ect the main flaw comes from the management they will tell you your first for a 1 bedroom and then give it to some drug user after they dont deal with bed bugs right ie they do 1 room at a time instead of a box around infested rooms allowing the bugs to hide in the walls and come back with in 3 or weeks to months. they will put a hole in your bathroom looking for water leakage and not repair it for a year. it can be a good place with proper management but instead its might as well be a crack house
