★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I met with Chris Holms to help find housing. The list of addresses and phone numbers that Chris provided was wrong and illegible. My experience with Chris was horrendous and a waste of time. I do not recommend him as an advocate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I decided to take on a large Government service that I know if I did alone they would not do the rite thing . So I went above them and to the Action Committee . From the reception to my advocate they were very helpful . Win or not they will try to help me and that is all we can ask for .

Didn't see any Dr's waiting to fill in disability applications for people they have never seen
Or property managers with a list of wheelchair places

This place is wonderful, I was welcomed warmly, offered water and coffee.
Olivier was very kind patient and caring. Clearing very keenly interested in helping me in the right direction. Gave me notes of some follow up things I needed to do so wouldn't forget with my bad memory.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Applied with help from this office for CPPD, got very good advice and the application sent off. Awaiting an outcome from the government office. Service was professional and knowledgeable and compassionate. Wait time to see someone was reasonable, 1-2 wks, compared to other advocate/application help offices where the wait time is over 6 wks just to get an initial appointment to start the applications. They also had access to other information and services that were beneficial in health and legal. Access to building excellent for mobility challenged people. Parking is easily found.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible total waste of time. Disorganized. I've been calling for a month for my papers. Everything I called either no one knows anything or they tell me it will be ready in a few days. Nor worth the time and stress. So mad I'm shaking.
