Rags to Riches looks a little greasy on the outside but it is an amazing little shop. The items they have are all very unique. At times there are the craziest articles! Like latex heals with bright pink metallic hearts or blue silk robes with gold trim right out of a boudoir lounge.
And the mens section ain't that bad either.
The employees are very happy and love to start up a conversation. Very helpful with picking out things to pair or maybe even a second recommendation.
Every time I go, the customers always leave with a big smile.
Definitely, a place to go if you're looking for a special surprise.
But that robe won't be there. Because I bought it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I popped in there today to look for a hat. The first time I had been in. The woman asked me what I was looking for, I told her a plain hat. Her words to me were, "Plain, that's boring' in a disapproving tone of voice, and then she walked away from me. So much for that experience. Not likely to go back at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ VERY RUDE people. I took in a very nice piece and it should be sold asap. I do NOT want it marked down. One pretended to not speak English and the owner was just. plain. rude. She never smiled. I felt TOLERATED not welcome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the customer service been good, I would leave a much higher review. Unfortunately, that is not the case. This shop is a replica of any consignment store you would find in a small suburban town, where the clothing and accessories are neither trendy nor fashionably vintage—most of the selection falls in the category of poor quality clothing that was perhaps trendy 5 years ago with soccer moms, but would now be relegated to the clueless individuals who walk inside Rich Rags and feel pressured to purchase something by the uncouth employees before leaving, never to return again.
