β β β β β By far the best pharmacy I have ever been to. The reason for this has nothing to do with the products that are sold there but actually has everything to do with the service. I have been dealing with this pharmacy for 15 month's and 5 days now and this man (pharmacist) has got to be the kindest, informative, understanding, selfless.... I could go on and on. I am an older gentleman and when my original pharmacist retired I was sad because I was sure that I would never find another person who was so passionate about their job & truely cared about their customers & treated them like individuals as opposed to numbers. I met this man at a very hard time in my life and he literally has done so much for me. BEST PHARMACY, in K.W. hands down if not Ontario. I literally travel from London to Kitchener just to deal with him.

β β β β β Due to my medication needs, I am in this pharmacy often.
The staff are always helpful and polite.
The owner of this pharmacy is an extremely nice, knowledgeable and sincere gentleman.
I don't go to other pharmacies since I found this one.
Next time you need a prescription filled, or to buy something from a drug store, I strongly recommend coming here.

β β β β β My mom had a liver transplant, failing kidneys, is diabetic and has high blood pressure and is taking a lot of medications. Her previous pharmacy closed down and since she lives on the same street as Victoria Hills Pharmacy, she started using them. Best decision that she ever made. The nicest, kindest pharmacist that we have ever met. He makes sure that she always has her meds on time and even calls her doctor when in doubt that something should be switched up. We are so grateful for his service.

β β β β β I have been going to this pharmacy since it first opened back in 2014, and I feel kind of bad that I have never left a review! The owner/pharmacist, Salah, is the most kindest, knowledgeable, professional, sweetest man I've ever had the privilege of knowing and having as a pharmacist. So many times over the years he has gone WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND what he needed to in order to provide the best pharmaceutical services possible. He treats every one of his patients the same, first timer or return. This pharmacy is so great, that I even drive here from Listowel regularly for all my prescriptions. It really is an awesome place, as it's 5 star rating speaks to. You will be in great hands coming here.
