The sales associate I dealt with went above and beyond to find a vehicle that was a perfect fit for my family. Our vehicle needed some recall work done and I called to make an appointment. The advisor knew what needed to be done and the parts it would take. When on the day of the appointment when I called to see if the vehicle was ready to be picked up (he didn’t call me). I was told only one of the items could be completed and the other needed a part that was back ordered. So for us this was a complete waste of time. The part issue should have been known by them when making the appointment. I’ll be trying a different dealership in the future. Update The manager did call me afterwards to make it right. Offered to pick up and drop off my vehicle when the parts are available. That was appreciated.

He offered all the available options but didn't pressure me into buying any from his dealership. At the end, I traded my minivan and bought a sedan. Vickar Ford is dealership I will returning back in the future.

From the shoddy workmanship from the service department, to the unreliable service manager, Tony, and even including the GM, Len Peech. Calls not returned by either of these men. Delays and poor service work that resulted in an unsafe driving experience for us. All of which could have been dealt with via a phone call - that never happened! We can’t speak to the sales department as our issues were with service. But we will never find out how the sales staff are because we won’t be returning to Vickar Ford for our next vehicle. People, avoid this place if at all possible. There are plenty of other Ford dealerships around who would be happy to provide you with good service. Reading other reviews on this site, it seems the issues are mostly with the service department. Similar complaints - no call backs, poor communication, shoddy work, delays and more. We aren't the only ones! Be warned!

They got us hooked up with a used one to look at that would be similar to something new that was coming in. They pulled what was coming in and showed us the specs. Jaden and Kyle were great at keeping us updated. Mathew in Finance was so nice. Totally happy with sales and finance. We ended up finding out they had a different one available because ours wasn’t in yet. Went to take a look and bought it instead. Haven’t had the car long but so far the little I’ve had it I enjoy it.

He had a vehicle ready for me to see and test… he explained all the features… it was quite appropriate and the one I chose to buy. He listens! Every step was explained as we progressed through the choices and financing. Andre has been available for any additional questions; and, he actively demonstrates his interests in total customer satisfaction by checking in to see if any new questions or issues have arisen. There is no rushing or hi pressure sales tactics used. Only empathic validation. The entire staff (sales, finance and service) at Vickar Ford are all courteous and professional in demeanour….and accommodating to customer needs, requests and questions. I have purchased 3 previous Ford vehicles … this is my 4th over the past several years (1990 to the present) from this dealership and I continue to be very satisfied and impressed with the interest and empathic response to customer need and satisfaction. When the time comes I will return here to shop!
