★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the third car we've bought at The Car Store in the past 7 years. As always, The Car Store exceeded our expectations. Charles and Elves were both very efficient and helpful, answering any questions we may have had, but also making sure my family and I had time to ourselves to appreciate and explore the cars we were looking at. No high pressure sales tactics here!!! We chose the car we wanted (a nice Mazda3) and were out of there with our new to us car a few hours after walking in their doors. I will never hesitate to shop here again, nor to recommend The Car Store to any of my friends/family looking for a car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy to deal with, Charles was great. Never pressured and even held the car for me without a deposit till tomorrow. Got financing approved quick and made the payments work for me! . Follow up, I came back with a battery issue 4 weeks later, they replaced it at no charge and came with a 4 year warranty as well! Cant go wrong with these guys if you needing a car, cheapest price anywhere!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a 2012 Ram 1500 in early January of 2021. For a first time vehicle owner the team was very helpful in explaining and answering any questions and concerns I had. The team assisted in structuring an ideal financing agreement for my situation. The Advantage Plan included in the purchase has come in extremely handy for preferred pricing on anything needed from new sets of keys, to new car tires.
Special thanks to Charles for exceptional customer service. I had been out of town for most of the last year, but did have a minor item to be repaired that had been included in the bill of sale. Charles was prompt to respond to my inquiries when I was back in town and organized everything to be taken care of.

Overall, good prices, good customer service and make you feel welcome when you walk in the dealership. They answered any questions and were flexible with scheduling appointments after hours as well! Both Charles and Elves at The Car Store made it very easy to decide to purchase. They were able to navigate through the details of the financing smoothly which had me in my car and driving off the lot with my hot new wheels in record time. It really was a great experience buying from them. Great continued service as well, as they have given quick and professional help with every interaction. They are great! I highly recommend checking out this dealership. They go above and beyond to keep their customers happy (even after you purchase a vehicle); they are very helpful throughout the entire process.
