★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the pleasure in dealing with Shane while buying my daughter her first car. Shane was a real gem to work with. He was knowledgeable and honest. With our own personal situation there were a few hang ups that made it hard to close the deal, but Shane was extremely patient with us and was not pushy in anyway. He knew my daughters safety was extremely important to me so he made sure the car was running top notch before she left the lot. I will be back when my son is ready to get his first car. I wish all car sales men could take a page out of Shane's book!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a car from shane here. He lied about the safety( a week later there was many different issues) among other things. I truly cannot believe how awful this experience was. He was nice but clearly lying about a lot of things in the car. Within a month the door was locked shut and would not open, the check engine light came on for a thermostat issue, the airbag sensors were broken which would not pass a safety, and the battery was not good. I would never go here again and strongly consider everybody else to do the same. Easily the worst experience i have had in a car deal. Awful. Made me waste years of savings, and buy a car that had more issues than not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sincere, friendly, accommodating, and considerate. A description that you wouldn't expect to typically associate with used car dealers, but Shane and SS Autos isn't your typical dealer. Was in need of my first car to supplement driving for my newly acquired job and the level of comfort and credibility that was instilled to my family and I from SS Autos in the amount of time engaging with them made the process so smooth and easy. Today I walked away with a mint 2010 subaru legacy and will cherish this moment for the rest of my life. The warranty provided is incredibly affordable for how much it covers, especially with an older car with higher mileage like mine I know it will be of great value. Going forward any issues experienced with the car I know will be respected and taken care of. Can't recommend them enough! Thanks again Shane
