Made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in the door. They never made me feel rushed in making my decision. Answered my many questions. Many little "extras" were included with my purchase. Provided free oil changes. Made me feel like my business was appreciated. Definitely would recommend Driven Cars Canada to all of my family and friends who are looking to purchase a car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Couldn't be happier with my experience at Driven Cars Canada.. I was looking for a Kia Soul and they happened to have one with the specs and colour that I had in mind so I thought to give them a chance - really great choice! The car itself is in good condition. They also added extras like a block heater and oil changes. I had questions after taking the car home but the team stays available for calling or texting in case anything comes up. This was my first time buying a car and they made it very easy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sam was super great in helping us find a used car. He helped us get the car we wanted. We picked it up within a few days of contacting him. It came clean and with a full tank of gas. He also helped us just recently with changing the batteries in our remote start fobs. We loved our experience working with him.

His customer service before and after sales is 10/10.Excellent service. Listens to the customer and meets and exceeds my expectations. He checks to know of I am okay and if I have questions he replies me within minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We worked with David at Driven Cars after our vehicle was written off. These guys were awesome, they were so patient while I test drove almost everything on their lot…. David was super attentive, had a great sense of humour and was not at all your typical salesman. The entire dealership rallied around us making sure we were completely satisfied with the vehicle we finally chose.(that they shipped in from Ontario for us) The after care has been stellar as well fixed a key fob issue immediately without hesitation. I cannot say enough good things about these guys and will go there first for any future vehicle needs!! Thanks so much David and crew!!
