I been leasing a van from there for less than 7 months and my van has a problem... I took it in for servicing to Kobi's and same problem... I don't know what to do if I spend my own money to get a second opinion will they deduct it? I recently referred my friend there and her car kept breaking down and They stopped seeing her so she took it into a "Real Mechanic" and they took it off the streets said it was not fit to be running on the road. So they fixed everything that was wrong and sent the bill to Kobi's. Im just wondering whats all wrong with our van and who does there safeties if there all fake???

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THERE!!! Picked up a 2002 Civic from Kobi's Auto, the next day took it to my mechanic to have it looked over. He was not pleased one bit. Not only did the car have a FAKE safety there was also a huge list of things wrong with the car. The next day i returned the car and took my down-payment back. 3 weeks later they still take a payment from my account for a car i don't have. Told them to stop those payments, and guess what, 2 weeks later they still try to take money from my account (by this time i made a "stop payment" on my account, but still able to see who is taking money out). Not sure how these guys get away with all this, but i would not go back to that place for anything.

WORST PLACE TO BUY A CAR. Before buying a car from them we pointed out an issue with the vehicle which they promised to get looked at. When I dropped the car off at their mechanic he called us to tell me nothing was wrong with the vehicle.....when I informed him I actually had it looked at by my own mechanic he proceeded to tell me that was my first mistake...and told me to leave his garage. I then called the location I bought the vehicle and it was nothing but excuses about how the car was fine. When I asked them if I took it to my own mechanic could I bill them they said no that he hasnt heard of any place that does that, which is a lie because I've worked for dealerships in the past and we have done it. I haven't had the car a month. They booked another appointment to take a look at it because the mechanic couldn't do his job the first time. I use to sell cars and work for a mechanic so this is beyond unacceptable. I refuse to do any business with them in the future and encourage others to steer away.

I am at the finishing line of my financing with Kobi’s Auto; I have worked closely with Kobi’s staff since 2014 on my Cadillac CTS financing agreement. As a customer, they have shown me support through a vehicle theft, an MPI claim, and any maintenance of my vehicle that I required. They are easy to talk to like family, and the staff are incredibly understanding and dependable. When I came to them about my ex bf stealing my car they helped me get it back. When I came to them about an accident they helped me with the MPI claim, and we had my car fixed and back on the road in no time. Finally when I needed a part or maintenance of my car they always knew how to help and even have a mechanic on site with amazing know-how. I am going to miss this extension-of-family-oriented team, but I own an amazing car that I constantly get compliments on. Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart for providing exceptional service throughout the years and working with me to be the owner of this sexy whip! I am definitely sending f & f to Kobi’s Auto when they are in search of their own vehicle.

I usually don't write these reviews, but I feel I have to this time around. Brought my scooter in and was told that I would get a call at noon that day or maybe in the morning next day. Next day no call. I phoned again and was assured that they would look at it soon and most likely would not need any parts because they have the best electrical engineer ever. I then found some horrible reviews about the car business attached to the building. Adam told me he has nothing to do with the car sales side of things. I mentioned that one of the reviews said Adam sold the car. He said, I do everything around here and exclaimed that the people in his neighborhood always complain, whatever that means. I decided to get my scooter the hell out of there because my instincts told so many lies can only lead to a bad experience and perhaps some serious damage. When I got there, they had finally begun working on it, so I was stuck. Got a call late in the day. He told me, get this...they need to order an entire part assembly, but would look into it further to find the problem. I said no way. I am coming to get the bike. Why would I wait 5-6 weeks for a part to fix the problem that they aren't even sure is needed. In other words, why order a part to fix the problem and then state you are digging deeper to find the problem. Makes no sense. So much for the awesome electrical engineer he kept raving about too. Just go somewhere else people. Bunch of fast talkers here. Check out Kobi Auto Sales reviews in Google and see the many bad reviews. The scooters and cars are in the same lot, so you do the math. I will say though, they never did charge me for their time though and that was nice. Update. Got off the phone with 3 places and each one said good thing I got my scooter out of there. Update 2 - Scooter is fixed. no help from Scooter City. When I first took it to Adam at Scooter City, I let him know I pressure washed the dash. Adam said he never ever had a problem from pressure washing and there is no way that is the problem. There is no way it would be that, he said. Me and a friend took it all apart yesterday and my mechanic friend fixed. he said there was water in the harnesses and some corrosion from water. Moral of the story. Don't pressure wash your scooter dash and don't use Scooter city.

This place sold us a vehicle that was not roadworthy. Took it to an MPI safetied station and would not pass at all the Rockers were rotten Etc. Came back to the seller and he would not refund money back kiss comment was sold as is. Go to a reputable car dealership that won't rip you off. Stay away. I learned my lesson

I have never had such a great experience. I not only found a car within my price range, but I am feeling better than ever driving it. It is not only the purchase that was excellent, but it was the service that was better than anywhere else I’ve been. They were personal and respected everything I needed. If you are looking for a new car, please take the time to go here!

I have been trying to contact Kobi's Auto about this issue and have got no where with them. I've made numerous complaints about kobis auto about the fact the vehicle was a write off and not a repossession. We have photos of the vehicle at the mpi crusher lot. They listed me under as a cosigner but at the time I did not have my license or a job to be a cosigner for anyone. Kobi's auto refused to repair the vehicle and instead decided to send the truck to mpi where it was a write off and label it a repossession under my credit which was not the case. I do not understand why they continue to report to my credit. Kobis auto was told to pick up the vehicle to repair it. In return they sent it to mpi instead of doing what they were asked to do. Which was to repair it and return the vehicle. Payments were made every month. Repairs were not done by kobis. There was no such thing as warranty. I do NOT recommend this place. Very bad experience. All they sell are broken vehicles with high kms. Not worth it. Hubby Lost out on 8 grand because of them. Please don't become the next person to lose out on alot from them. They do not care about there customers.
