She really liked the car and wanted to put a deposit on it so that I could check it out with her. He said he wouldn't take a deposit but if someone else came in and was interested in the car he would let her know and give her a chance to buy it. Well he went and sold it without letting her know. I called and talked to Ed and he said he heard this story a hundred times and they never carry through. Well it was very clear to me that he is after one thing and one thing only.... It's all about the money and his word means nothing. I will never go there to even look at a vehicle and I will make sure others realize what kind of place they are. Unfortunately it's guys like him that give car Salesmen a bad reputation.

Don't let the size of this operation fool you, Ed has years of experience in the mechanical side of the business and was completely up-front about any issues that might come up with my purchase. The clincher is that if these issues arise he is more that willing to back his s loale and help fix them. Wasn't sure what to expect when we met the first time but after talking with him a second time, I left feeling confident about my purchase. Even the fact that he replied to my emails during the long-weekend speaks a lot. If you're looking for a used vehicle I highly recommend going in and talking with him.

Really enjoyed working with the folks from Autoland. No pressure, straight shooters, great value. Also, had a small problem that neither of us could have known about, and they fixed it right up, their offer. Really really pleased over here, hence the 5 stars.

I was very interested a vehicle and was Yelled and called an ‘idiot’ for bringing the vehicle up to 3500 RPM on the lot just to try and hear if there are any issues as the belt screamed every time you started the vehicle. I wanted to see if it would be an issue up from idle. Incredibly rude, would not recommend wasting time looking at a vehicle if you can’t even see if will be a lemon or not before purchase. Judging by many reviews I dealt with Ed on this one... Guy has anger issues and needs some help clearly.

I'm new in Canada and they explained everything I needed to know. Update: Had a small issue with the windshield wipers and a seat (not noticeable before) and they fixed them immediately. Great!

I took it to a mechanic and got an A+ report on everything, the car was in the condition as advertised, items stated as new were verified, etc. Highly recommended.
J	Jon Aduna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let me start by saying that I don't usually post reviews, but Autoland deserves every minute of my time. I would give 6 stars if I could. Here's a breakdown of my experience. April 6 - I texted Ed after seeing the listing online. April 7 - Decided to buy the vehicle and put a small deposit down to put the vehicle on hold while I find a bank that would finance with. April 10 - Tested positive with Covid. They have every right to forfeit my deposit and sell it to a different buyer but decided to still put it on hold for me until I get better. April 18 - Was finally able to pick the vehicle up and finalize the purchase. April 22 - I took the vehicle to a mechanic as a precautionary measure since the vehicle came with a 3 months warranty. Unfortunately, the mechanic found a leak on the pinion seal. I've texted Ed immediately to let the them know about the situation. April 27 - Ed personally checked the vehicle to verify the leak. Ed agreed to take care of the entire thing. He can easily say it's just a "seepage" to get himself off the hook, but he took care of the entire issue. May 5 - Repair day. Ed even let me borrow one of the vehicle on the lot while they're working on my car. May 6 - I got my vehicle back. All fixed and ready to go. Both Ed and Sindy are very easy to work with. Autoland is a place where I can confidently recommend to friends and family.
