★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of favourite outlets to go. Honestly I have been here almost every week since it opened. I love how nice Rodrigo is. He always goes above and beyond with stuff and is amazing. He makes the whole visit very pleasant and nice!

A few months ago, I made a return on an item a couple days after purchase and I was informed that the store only provides store credit. Which is not the issue. I found a shirt that I liked but they didn't have my size. The staff member mentioned that they expect to receive my size in the upcoming month and took down all my required information for the item. About 3 months went by and I was not contacted. I called the store and the staff member who picked up the phone said they are currently real busy to look into this for me and hung up the phone. I called back and spoke to a different staff member who attempted to look into my file and to my surprise my order could not be located in the system. I requested to speak to the store manager. They told me that they are a new store and they system is not correctly set up. The worst thing is that they mentioned that a couple weeks ago, they received a shipment with all different sizes. The whole time, I assumed my size request was in and that my size would be held for me. It turns out that now they are sold out again of my size and are not sure when the next order will arrive. If I didn't call them to investigate into my order I would be been waiting forever as their system is not setup properly. This is not the customer service anyone should receive from a high end store like VERSACE.
