★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service and staff are great here(although you never know who will be the service manager). The Vernon Kia Manager has gone above to try and help.
I own a 2019 Kia Sportage EX Premium. When driving the Coquihalla highway the cruise control will not hold the selected speed when going up a steep road. I have contacted Kia Canada, 3 other Kia dealerships, Kia Vernon has tested it. All report no issues. why is it my car is unique in all of Canada? Vernon Hyundai(also Kia) report they have the same issue with Santa Fe and awaiting a firmware fix?
My objective here is to have this same vehicle owners report if they have this issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would be 0/5 if I could. My mother in law went in for a service appt and was conned into buying a new car. When we were going back and forth with the bank and the dealership, this dealership were absolutely awful. Were threatening over the phone, were telling us that "we're lucky that we aren't there"? Really? That is how you conduct business?
Wouldn't give us the correct information when asked. Was giving us wrong numbers and fax numbers for random companies vs helping us try and help our mother in law who simply cannot afford the new vehicle.
A formal complaint with Vehicle Sales Authority of British Columbia will be made in regards to this and will specifically mention how awful Reza was in this whole ordeal.
Buyer beware!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend Vernon Kia had a not so great experience in 2017 and was worried I might get the run around when my engine failed Sept/21 but they have a whole new crew that are top notch. Matt is an excellent communicator and kept me in informed about the progress, there were no replacement engines in Canada and when my engine finally arrived in Canada and was shipped out of Toronto it arrived in Vernon Monday and Ryan in the shop had my Kia Sportage ready to go on Wednesday. It now runs great! Thanks guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even though we decided on a final purchase of a vehicle other than a Kia, we were impressed with Sam's willingness to work with us to find an appropriate SUV that would fit our needs. He was very respectful, easy to talk to and wished us well when we told him we had decided to purchase elsewhere which says a great deal about his character. We would recommend Sam to friends and family who were interested in a Kia product.

The Service Team, notably Darren went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of while my Kia was in for Service. I had never been in for service at your location and was treated with the best customer service in regard to communication and execution!
