Provided thorough answers to all of our questions and didn’t pressure us in any way. My wife and I picked up a Volvo XC90 from them and they approved the financing same day with the bank we asked them to use and well within our budget! We had to wait a full week to pick up the car because of unrelated ICBC issues and they were more than easy going about it. The whole staff made us feel at home and comfortable and even bbq’d us some hotdogs and hamburgers! We’ll definitely be recommending them and using them again ourselves!

This was my daughters first time financing a vehicle, and the experience had lots of ups and downs. The sale went smooth, the financing went smooth, but after a month there were some hiccups with the vehicle ,which sometimes can be expected with used vehicles. The dashboard lights showed up, the pieces are fell apart, the the wiper not working good and have lots of problems in this car that's makes me really stressful. They deliver to my place without ready yet, province inspection not done and Andy want me to do it he said not cover for their company. Then I looked for mechanic shop and explained what need to do in this car and they told me that the dealership they suppose all done before delivery. And I informed him again and he passed me to Oliver to handle it and he helped me find, booked mechanic shop and paid the amount of over $400. But in few days car dashbord lights showed up again that I felt the steering wheels not working properly and sometimes the machine sounds and feels grinding especially driving in protruding or in bad roads. So I let him know if they can change it before winter but he said still working on it. And he forwarded me to Jay to fix this issue but nothing happen, he still looking for the bank to approve coz my income is not enough so it's been 4 months already. This is so terrible company they wanted to earn money but they don't care what's client's feel. It was a big mistake when I traded in my civic Honda to this car. I regret that I believed Andy talks from his mouth but it's more lied. I am so tired and stressful for what they've done. See pictures attached also I have lots of videos evidence. Keep passing from person to another person to make it longer time, issue not solve and its terrible.
