★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful Experience! I didn't really know what to expect from this tea house. I had only just noticed it after driving by it multiple times. However once inside it's quite large, a series of 3 rooms all connected and they are all charming and it's very calm and serene inside. An immediate relaxing feeling comes over you. My brother and I each opted for the $38 tea service experience. Our server was lovely and explained our options. We were served delicious tea and beautiful plate of interesting and DELICIOUS chinese pastries, including some dried mushrooms and fruits I was hesitant on, but were crunchy and delectable. The little tasty morsels were fresh and high quality and unique to me. I loved everything about the meal. My only disappointment was I only had 45 min due to a commitment and I would have loved to have spent more time enjoying the ambiance. I highly recommend this wonderful spot to treat yourself or share with someone you care about. They also have a few things for sale, but I didn't have time to check that out - next time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great setup and decorations! However, this place is a one time experience with less than mediocre food. Is everything from COSTCO?!? Costco croissants, smoked salmon, cucumber, dried mushrooms, and COSTCO pop corners?!?? Only homemade dish that was close to worthy was the wonton and the pudding. Everything else was overpriced and dry or stale. Paid over $500. We were also seated in the worse possible seat in the house, right beside their questionable clothing “pop-up.” Sitting beside a rack of clothes for $500, great! Would not recommend to anyone if they’re not crazy and have time to kill to go all the way to West Van to be extremely disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice ambiance, clean, comfortable, elegant. Friendly staff, refills our tea once we finish them. I love the afternoon desserts, they are warm, tasty, beautiful, and the right amount. Though expensive, I would pay the price for this experience.
