Worst people to do business ever. Stay away. Anyone else can’t be worst than these guys.

IN MY EXPERIENCE I WOULD NOT USE VALUE PROPANE. read why... I only gave 1 star because Google would not accept my review with a NO STAR rating. Which is all they deserve. • We were a Loyal Customer for 6 years. • We paid our bills and on time. • In our final year with Value Propane they charged us DOUBLE for the same volume fill. • When asked why, it took 3 weeks for someone to give us a VERY unreassuring explanation. • Our Tank Rental bill was 3 TIMES the cost of Industry Standards. • We decided to leave Value Propane for a more honest company. • Having just filled our tanks with OVER PRICED fuel, Value Propane would not remove their tanks from our property. AGAIN a practice not conforming to Industry Standards. Most other companies would take back full tanks. • We ran the tanks empty and carefully took them off our property to our shallow grassy ditch for their EASY pick-up. • After all the grief Value Propane gave us they had the GALL and INDECENCY to charge us $100!!! to pick up THEIR TANKS!!! • It was a 5 minute job and with a hydraulic arm. REALLY. • THERE YARD IS A QUARTER MILE FROM OUR HOUSE!!! • Again, we paid their bill and sent them packing. • There are SO many Good, Honest Propane companies WHY would anyone EVER choose Value Propane??? As they say: 'GOOD NEWS TRAVELS AT 10 MILES PER HOUR.' 'BAD NEWS TRAVELS AT 100 MILES PER HOUR.' 'ON THE INTERNET, BAD NEWS TRAVELS AT 1,000 MILES PER HOUR.' I believe all this explains their low Google rating. And now you know. Genuinely, Jim Ramsden.

Stay away -- stay far away.... Company will install tanks on your property for their own benefit. When you cancel their service -- they'll leave the tanks there for months on end, then come up with completely random and exorbitant penalty fees for cancelling.... and continue to harass you until they're paid.

Been with Value Propane for 10 yrs. Had them out yesterday for a furnace and gas fireplace service. They did a great job Chris explained what was wrong and what had to be done. Excellent service from the office staff to the service staff. Thanks again everyone at Value for your help.

We inherited Value Propane when we bought the property several years ago.This fall during delivery, the truck did minor damage to our property. The response from Renee took a very long time and she denied all responsibility with illogical reasoning. This is despite my neighbour hearing the bang and seeing a propane truck. I wrote back that I understand their desire to protect their driver, etc, but hope they will understand when I cancel them and take my business elsewhere. The response? "Let us know when tanks ready for pick up". What a way to run a business. All they needed to do was compensate me $100 for the damage. There are other propane suppliers out there.

Absolutely the worst company to deal with. Their communication and customer service is terrible, no one can ever seem to help you if there is an issue they simply pass the buck. If you ever inherit this company when you purchase a property like we did I highly recommend switching to another provider.

AVOID THEM AT ALL COST!!! I do not recommend them EVER. They will take your money and leave you in the cold. (Paid for emergency delivery, they haven't shown up yet and it's-20 This is ongoing for a few days. Many excuses from them. Have just found out they will be removing the tanks at their leisure and keeping the money until they have the tanks.) They give a hassle everytime we need the tank filled. The owner doesn't care for anyone except $$$ and she is incredibly rude. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY there are much better more professional and honest companies out there. If I could give a 0 star I Would!
