D	Doug Pearn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good pizza. Good prices. They were really, really busy on Halloween night as most people wanted to eat quickly, then get on with their kids' activities. Their assembly line system using the last 4 digits of your phone number worked great. Arrived back with lots of hot pizza to feed everyone.

BUT........the last 2 times the pizza was wrong, it was a women not him, she is very very rude!! It's like you are troubling her when you order! Then the mistake she said was us ordering? Not her. And the prices were very different. If i saw the owner i would describe her and tell him because if her we now go to uxbridge even though we live in Sunderland.... too bad.

When I called to give them the opportunity to make it right they apologized and promised a free pizza next time (very gracious and fair I thought). But when I ordered next to collect the Manager/Owner refused to honour his own word and only agreed to give me the toppings on this new order (that I had already paid for last time) at no additional charge. We will never go back, too much competition to put up with that kind of customer DIS-service!

My first experience was fantastic great service from the gentleman on the other end of the phone, great pizza and in a timely fashion. My second experience was a rude lady who didn't even let me get my address out of my mouth before cutting me off and telling me they do not deliver to me. After finally taking my order I asked for an estimated time. Her response was when it gets there. Not a fan of inconsistent service. Could very well mean I will no longer order from there.

I called for delivery and asked if I could pay over the phone and have the driver leave the pizza on the porch as my son is COVID positive. They came up with a plan, delivery was fast, driver left pizza on the porch, went back to his van and waited to make sure I received it. He and I exchanged thumbs up. Pizza was delicious!
