Great staff and very knowledgeable about the different strains they carry and they are a company we look up to because they started herw in Edmonton, AB.
We hope to have our products (frassrollingpapers) in store soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently visited this location and had a very pleasant experience! I really liked the look of the store; very sleek, clean and professional looking. I also never once felt uncomfortable as I sometimes do at other shops. The staff were friendly but not overbearing. I was helped by Daniel who was super knowledgeable about the different strains and the benefits/effects they would have. He even recommended a few products I normally wouldn’t try and to my surprise I really enjoyed them. NOVA is quickly becoming one of my favourites shops - be sure to check these guys out!

They always try to look out for you and get you a good deal rather than oversell which is dope and

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is one of the best. I can't say for the other novas but I'm pretty sure they're the same but customer service was awesome. The nice lady took the time to hear out my problem and was quickly solved. I do hope they fix the website though to be a little more. I'm not good at math even though I'm chinese but I at least know $139.50 x 2 does not equal to $279 or $290,lol. I thought the more you buy it gets cheaper or stays the same not get more expensive?. You must fire the calculator on the website!!!

On this day I walked to the stores location. I asked to purchase "Divvy 10 Grams of Shake" and You guys were out of stock. That's fine. but my problem is. I asked your Sales Associate for help with suggesting something else for me. And the Sales Associate just stared at me and Blinked. Asif I was speaking a different language to her ?! Why doesn't your staff have proper knowledge of your own Products?! I ended up walking over to NUMO Cannabis thats 2 blocks away to buy from them. Because the Sales Lady at Value Buds was Absolutely no Help to me. Even though I asked her. What else she recommends thats similar to what I was originally looking for. I doubt I'll be coming back to this location jusy for this reason.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Value buds in general is great for a deal. They usually carry a tonne of selection with carrying prices. The Whyte ave location seems to have more inventory and friendlier staff so I'd recommend there first. This location is fine
