★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shop is nestled in the heart of u of A campus next to the iconic earls location. Happy it does not disappoint, Percy always happy helpful and doing his best to help everyone who comes through the doors. I don't support a lot of LP'S but when I do I like to give these guys my money ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Praire Records had an awesome deal on their website for 14g of General Admission Kush and Cookies. Completed the online order, and the messaging system confirmed my order was ready, so I drove to the store. As I was walking from my truck to the store, I received a call from the budtender saying there was a mistake. Once in the store, the bud tender said the price was wrong, the product advertised wasn't in stock (the in-store menu displayed the same price and product option). They tried at this point to sell me more expensive products, I declined, and was given a manager phone number for follow up. After several attempts I finally made contact, and was offered a 25% off one time discount. I declined, and won't be shopping at prairie records again.
Ps- it's shame because staff in this location are always friendly and helpful, great day to day customer service. But a company's commitment to customer service comes to light when the company makes mistakes. False advertising that costs my time and fuel for a vehicle, requires a greater rectification than a one time 25% off option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely love this little gem dispo. All the budtenders are great but big shoutout to Jesse. Remembers me and my orders, super friendly, knowledgeable, and when I haven’t been in a rush he makes for a great quick conversation. My favourite dispo I’ve been at in Edmonton due to consistently good selections and great vibe as soon as you walk in. Plus UofA discount is a nice plus.

Doesn’t matter if you’ve come to this place for over a year, they won’t cut you a break if you forget your ID. customer loyalty doesn’t mean a thing. I showed my temporary license and then the guy say well if you can show my anything else proving you your identification? Then I show my work ID and he really makes it sounds like he’ll be ok with it and then says Aaah can’t do it… rules are rules. Like it get it but man I’ve been coming to this place for a year and you cut me short like that… ya I won’t be going back.

Easy transaction, better prices than most places, had exactly what I needed. Will be back. Hard to find the door, so I've included photos to guide you.??
