★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Won't be going back to this one....good prices, but the staff made me feel uncomfortable as hell. Was assisted by one person, another lady stared at me as if I shouldn't be in there....she IDs me....while the other 3 staff members just stood there and literally just stared at me. Never have I felt like i was being judged so hard at the weed store..never will be going back to this one. Some customer service and polite staff goes a long way. These people made me feel like I was lesser person just for being in there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place. Crazy good prices will keep me coming back. The lady working the till yesterday ID'd me, now normally most would be like yea ok... But I turn 40 next month so I was all smiles under my mask running to the car to get my wallet. Thanks for the giggle n laugh, nice to think I could pull of the 20's still ?

I love value buds and the prices they offer however today I went to value buds on whyte a bit after 4 to pick up my order and had a terrible experience with an aggressive customer and I had to be the one to de escalate the person yelling/swearing at me while the employees kinda just stood there and also still served him as he was yelling at me. This customer wore a blue winter jacket with a hat and also threatened to smack me right in the store. Pretty sure the front door employee who was surprisingly rude also said I was an expendable customer even though im a value buds regular and then he wished the aggressive customer a good day also. If this is the kind of customer base you prefer I will not be returning to this location

This employee with purple hair had the audacity to call him a Karen and had bad customer service being rude, giving attitude. He even asked her to be more polite and she was refusing to serve him for asking that. They refused to give out any information for their manger when he asked for it and got customers to mock him!!!! Absolutely disrespectful!!! This place makes me
Sick! This person should be fired for how they treated him!! He has a traumatic brain injury!!! I’m never gonna come here again! Be littling a customer and getting other customers to join in the mockery is horrible and I will not allow him to go there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Value Buds for the first time on 17st and Tamarack in the fall, Buddy helped me and explained the items. Amazing experience. And then I saw this location. 5 mins away from house. Went there, no one helped me, the cashiers were rude and impatient. Thought to myself never again. I had to go in last week and I thought I’d give it another chance, different staff same attitude, the girl had no patience and told me she can’t help me with the pens she’s had. Okay? Explain what you have and what’s good? She made me feel stupid and I was embarrassed as the the male cashiers heard and looked at me. Left with some edibles instead, I was so embarrassed and I thought it was me until I see all these reviews. Something needs to change if most of the reviews are stating that the staff there are rude. That’s really unacceptable. I’ll take the extra 20mins drive to Tamarack location instead than deal that kind of service again.
