★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to see this Dr. For both my shoulders that are in really bad shape. I have had 3 visits with him. I missed a 4th visit because I was away at work. Now in order to see him again I have to pay him $35.00 for his time on my missed appointment. He does not seem to realize or care that I have been suffering with my shoulders for the passed 3 years because of him dragging his feet to fix me.
It sounds like money is more important to him than my pain and suffering for the last 3 yrs..
I thought that Doctors took a medical oath. I guess this guy was sick that day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Bouliane cancelled my surgery this morning last minute. I Have been waiting months to get my shoulder fixed. Apparently there was others who cancelled their surgery today, and they wanted me to go earlier than my scheduled surgery appointment, I was unable to get there immediately, then I recieved a call that Dr Bouliane had just cancelled my surgery all together. He did not want to wait for me is what the nurses told me. Lost confidence in his character, and will not have him as my surgeon. Thumbs way down.
