Be aware! Too overrated reviews for the worst dental office by far! Unfriendly and unprofessional team! No protocol for emergency patients! All B.C. dentists are legally and professionally obligated to respond in the event of a dental emergency. A dental emergency exists for a person who needs immediate attention to deal with uncontrolled bleeding, uncontrolled swelling, traumatic injury or uncontrolled severe pain. Dirty office and careless about cross contamination! Watch the gloves! The unfortunate reality is that, as a patient, is very little chance of knowing what is going on dental work and it is a huge trust relationship between dentist - patient. Cross contamination is literally invisible because it is caused by microbes invisible to the human eye so only the professionals can guarantee that it does not happen. I stepped in the morning as an emergency patient in excruciating ? pains of my 4.4 premolar. I am disgusted by the very poor consultation and failure to properly diagnose my case by the Dentist Adam Lyle and his unprofessional staff. Awful teamwork and unethical business. Hailey, his dental assistant showed me from the beginning of the procedure bad attitude and arrogance. She took an x-ray on wrong teeth (4.6, 4.7,4.8) receiving unnecessary exposure to radiation. I discussed with Dr. Adam Lyle about the wrong X- Ray and he took her side, making me pay for her mistake/professional incompetence. They are only after your money! Dear Dr. Adam and his staff, Please, provide dental care and promote the well-being of, all members of society; promote fair and reasonable access to quality oral health care without prejudice or discrimination, always regarding the patient as worthy of treatment. I left his dental office in the same extreme pain wasting my time and money. I do not recommend this place for any dental treatment!

I highly recommend Dr. Lyle and Staff to anyone needing dental care. I was referred to Dr. Lyle by a friend. It was a very good visit. I was asked to be fifteen minutes early to provide necessary paper work and my dental/health history. My appointment began on time, the hygienist was friendly and efficient, as was the receptionist and the dentist. Very good visit.

I used to be scared of dentists, because my last dentist did poorly. Dr. Adam Lyle and staff are very clear in communication, careful, and friendly. The atmosphere is easygoing. I’ve had lots of dental work done by Dr. Lyle over the last 5+ years, and it was never a negative experience. If I had any questions or concerns, they always had the answers or helped me with any dental needs. Even if I’m not living in West Kelowna, it’s worth driving to because I’d never want a different dentist.

When did you last look forward to a dentist appointment? I always enjoy my visits to Dr Lyle and his lively gang of caring, professional staff. We always have a good giggle sometime during the visit! I am very sensitive to pain but in no time they figured out the best way to solve the problem. I moved from West Kelowna to Lake Country 2 years ago and will not even consider changing dentists, in spite of the 45 min. drive.

Dr. Lyle and his staff are very professional in every aspect of dentistry. They have even opened up the office to accommodate me when I have had an emergency that required attention. They support the people and community where they work and live . . . how much more does a person need to hear to understand they are truly the best!!!

I cannot say enough positive things about Valley West Dental Centre! A few years ago I was looking for a honest second opinion on some dental work and was told to go see Dr. Adam Lyle. My trusted friend that recommended me just happens to make crowns for dentists all through the okanagan. So I knew he would provide me with someone I could trust. Dr. Lyle has been honest, thorough, kind and so much more and to top things off, his staff is absolutely amazing as well. They always take the extra time to make sure everything is done right and that myself and my family always leave with a smile!! They genuinely want to do what's best for you. We recommend Valley West Dental to all our friends and family. You will not be disappointed with the quality of care you receive here!

I've been going to Valley West as soon as I found out they opened, I am more than happy with the dental work that Adam Lyle has done for me. He is very thorough and patient :) I've always had issues with needles, but when he does his magic, I don't even feel it! So thankful and grateful for that! His staff is more than accommodating and yes, always good to hear laughter in the workplace! I definitely let others know, am happy to spread the word!!

I have had only the best experience with Dr. Adam Lyle. His staff is professional, friendly and very capable. I would highly recommend anyone going there. Any problem - no problem. They will do everything in their power to fix it. Awesome feeling! I have to add that Dr. Adam Lyle made a night guard for me and when it broke shortly thereafter, he immediately replaced it. I cannot emphasize enough the care I have received from this office. It's wonderful!
