Very bad service. We came in to do an RESP transaction for our daughter. We had 1 hour scheduled with a senior financial advisor of which 40 minutes were consumed by updating their system. When we wanted to ask questions, we were constantly interrupted by her, saying she needed to print something, make a phone call etc. In the end she said she had to leave and we just have to sign the papers. One important question was never answered, so we cancelled the whole thing. Bottom line, in a time frame of 20 minutes, she ignored our remarks and displeasure about this appointment at least 10 times. We know that, because I taped the conversation and listened to it afterwards.

Overall, pretty decent institution to bank with. However, one experience caused some angst. Web site and door sign stating hours indicate bank closes at 6pm. At 5pm, when I arrive, bank is closed. Excuse that's given, short staffed. My gripe. Inform people. And when it's mentioned every indication is 6pm, don't brush off your customers. Update: Your bank has now shifted it’s schedule. You are now open 0 hours on the weekend, and only 9 to 5 on weekdays. REALLY? And when do you propose, that people who work through the week will be able to access your facility? I will now have to take time off to speak to a teller or manager. My β€˜quick trip’ to the bank will be reflected in lost wages. I am now contemplating a change in banking venue. There must be a bank that does not simply speak about caring for customers - but actually attempts to follow through. I will let you know when I find an adequate substitute - by closing my account.

You could go to the bank in the middle of the day and it’d be closed. Why do I lay my account fees if I don’t have access to the bank. Worst banking customer service. I’d give you no stars if I could because I can’t get the time back you’ve made me waste. Sincerely a customer who hates giving you there money.

Honest Review This location doesn’t consider or handle time management very well, time is money and waiting in line for 20+ minutes is unacceptable. If only 1 person was working I’d understand but there’s 3 of them, come on.

I went in to change my pin. The teller started grilling me like I’d done something wrong. She asked to see my phone and asked me to say out loud what my balance was. It was highly unprofessional and embarrassing.

Bank is closed on the weekends and doors to inside ATM locked to keep out the squatters. Second time now I have tried to deposit a cheque at the drive thru ATM only to have it rejected. Need to have a card scanner set up at the front door so we can at least access the ATM's inside on the weekends. Not impressed!

I opened an account last November on the premise and promise I’d receive a $300 sign up bonus; the TD representative explained the conditions and that it would take approximately 4 months to receive it; it never came, and I still continued to get charged $16.95 a month on an account I seldom used; try to get changes made? Good luck! So far they are refusing to credit my account the service fees (almost $200); and the games continue…

Hard to deal with personal and buisness accounts at this bank. I would not recommend TD to my enemies. They did not deal with fraud appropriately and told me to wait for an appointment in 2 weeks to adjust my account, while I watch my money being drained. Will be changing my accounts to a more competent bank
