Momo Sushi

Absolutely the best sushi in town. The owners and staff are hard working and they get it right concerning great fresh food and service. I have ordered from here for 5 years and it is always spectacular. Treat yourself, you'll be back again and again.

I regularly enjoy Sushi at Momo Sushi. Friendly, welcoming atmosphere. Family owned and operated. Authentic Japanese cuisine. And very fast, courteous service. Best sushi in West Kelowna. I've tried them all. Nothing compares to Momo West Kelowna.

My husband and I love momo! More than the food, the staff are amazing. Always run off their feet with a bustling business, but never fail to say hello, smile and say goodbye when you leave. We have not been the best customer, often coming in during the busiest hours looking for take out or a table, but are never refused. The best sushi and the best staff in west Kelowna!

Medium price range that buys you medium quality sushi. I think it's a great ratio of cost to quality, plus the staff are always very friendly. I don't think you'll find anywhere that has better quality sushi at this price point.

The green tea and miso soup were a nice temperature, the sushi rolls were delicious... everything was amazing and didn't fall apart. Although it was moving, the service was great.

Great lunch with family! Service was excellent and food was great. Treated us like friends! We’ll definitely go again.

This is my first ever negative review ever written and never put my energy out of my way to write negative review but this service was unforgettable. My first time coming to this Momo sushi on the Westside and I will never be coming again. Your older waitress working April 6 at 2:00 pm gave us the worst customer service that I’ve ever experienced. The restaurant needs to make sure that customers are very aware of extra charges on the bills when ordering. Firstly, She offered water or green tea and never mentioned it was an extra 3 dollars charge for green tea. when asked about the extra charges after seeing the bill, she immediately changed her attitude to a very degrading tone. She was speaking under her breathe and ‘psst’ing at us saying how we should enjoy our vacation, assuming we aren’t from here because we are somehow ‘being out of west kelowna attitude’ or being out of line for simply saying we had no idea we would get charged for green tea. After that I explained how we’ve been eating sushi our entire lives from 100’s of restaurants and never had that before i simply stated I don’t feel it’s fair to pay for that.She fumbled the machines and paper aggressively ran to the counter and began to recharge us without the tea, than came back and said karmas real/ coming for you, something along those lines.We were in utter shock both of us having years of serving experience and knowing how to deal with a small error in communication or extremely minor mishap, this is so easy to resolve but led to a crazy outbreak in this lady. and also NO TIP! Who would have thought because of your waitress you lost two customers on ever coming back to your restaurant. Whatever she was going through that day, I’m sorry but you never ever talk to a customer or put your anger/ pain on them when they just come to enjoy a nice lunch.

We had dinner here and the food was excellent and staff were great. Our waitress Karolina was doing a great job as was the young man whose name I didn’t think to ask. We will definitely be back soon.
