The worst experience I have ever had anywhere do not go here. This facility treats people like it’s a prison. I asked if we could come in for the ultra sound and they told us we could but when we got here they said we weren’t allowed to come in because we have a 3 year old with us. Our family is fully vaccinated and Americans are allowed to travel to Canada yet I can’t carry a 3 year old into an ultrasound when we all live in the same household. This is the second time they wouldn’t allow us into the ultrasound. Would not ever recommend anyone going here.

Had an excellent interaction via phone with one of the staff, Sue, who was super accommodating and friendly in getting me my appointment. Didn't blink an eye at my LGBT+ needs, and was very respectful. Local gays, this is the place. I'll keep their card for any other medical imaging I need done. I'm very impressed.

They don't even deserve a one star. Do not go here. I had been waiting for months for an ultrasound and got turned away at my appointment because I had my 6 month old baby with me. Even after explaining to them I do not have anyone to leave my baby with during the week they still refused. Absolutely ridiculous. Beyond frustrating.

Absolute trash customer service, they don't care about you, just here to make a buck. They accidentally cancelled our appointment and blamed everyone but themselves and refused to accommodate at all. Best part, they were rude about it. They charge $100 if you miss your appointment, but we can't charge them when they are at fault... pure greed. Save yourself some stress and go somewhere else.

Ive used the clinic 3 times now. Alll 3 times have been great. Friendly and efficient staff. Wait time is short. Xray lady was very pleasant all 3 times. Very happy with everything.

I went through lot of negative reviews - and I understand that. I used to feel the same sometimes back. Staff orientation has changed - I find them good. This 2- 3 line front desk interaction is what brings good reviews mostly. I specially wanted to mention my USG and X RAY experience here - highly impressed by good , helping staff there. Ms. Melony - was latest to encounter for USG and very professional - very dedicated worker. I highly recommend them. Please understand - in a running pandemic - and pressure of work, it stresses out most.

Not a pleasant experience at all, very rude and short tempered staff. Pretentious and unwilling to answer simple questions. Had to reschedule twice due to their stated scheduling conflicts. Not to mention the completely nonsensical Covid rules, not allowing any other family members or spouse to be present. Not even for pregnancy ultrasounds. Like seriously?! No support person, for women who have had miscarriages in the past. A very scary and vulnerable experience. In the current time when mandates have been lifted. They are still enforcing unreasonable and unfair rules. Don’t go here if you can help it.

Terrible experience. I was refused service because I wasn't willing to switch my mask to one of theirs. I explained that my mask was N95 certified and custom fitted and that I was actually safer with the mask I was wearing. I had also been here three times in the past 12 months and each time they let me use my existing mask. After leaving their office, I contacted their head office and was informed that I am allowed to wear my own mask, the policy is just that you have to wear a mask, not one of theirs specifically. I drove back and tried to proceed with my appointment and was refused yet again. While speaking with the new receptionist, I watched a parent come in with their young child and did not sanitize at the front door. They proceeded to grab one of their medical masks directly out of the box. I don't know where their hands have been but yet I am suppose to put on a mask from a box where anyone has previously touched and grabbed from? Furthermore, the receptionist took off her own mask behind the counter and there was two other people in the office at that very moment without medical masks. Yet, I was still being refused service despite their policy and everything else that was going on. I asked to speak with the office manager/supervisor. After the receptionist disappeared for ten minutes, she came back and informed me that the person was too busy at the moment and would contact me when they had a moment. It has now been three full days later and I have yet to hear from anyone. It was a terrible experience with inconsistent policies being followed. I would understand completely if I wasn't wearing a mask or if mine wasn't N95 or if their company policy was different, but this wasn't the case.
