★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The front desk people and the instructor were rude. The classroom was over capacity for the number of students that the signage stated could safely be in the classroom. Nothing was available to wipe down the commonly touched and shared items. Social distancing was not even slightly possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The school is very clean and the staff is very knowledgeable! The front desk staff was friendly. I've taken both my OFA Level 1 and level 2 courses at Valley and I would highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sadly Valley First Aid has denied service to anyone who in unvaccinated, even though they were registered in the course and paid their tuition weeks ago. It is against the law, our Charter of Rights and the BC Human Rights Code, to insist on reviewing anyone's personal and private medial records. I have taken several courses over the years with Valley and due to this discrimination I will never give them my business again. Very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have taken the 2 day Standard First Aid and CPR C course and have to say it was an amazing course, well worth the time and highly recommend others to take this course. Julianne is an awesome friendly instructor, very passionate about the course and her personality is great! Shawn is very helpful, knowledgeable and funny. Chrissy has great customer service and is very friendly. So much more good things I can say about this place. Thank-you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrific experience! I took a 2 day Standard first aid with CPR C course. It was easy to register on-line and the staff were great. The instructor was very knowledgeable and kept the class fun and interesting. The building was bright and clean with a great lunch room with tea and coffee we could help ourselves too. The group's weren't too big and there was plenty of equipment for everyone to practice with. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their skills.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my Level 3 for 2 weeks. Shawn’s the best instructor. Amazing job he do. Just had two first aid calls yesterday & I could literally remember everything that Shawn taught. Would recommend 100% to anyone.
