★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We really liked everything we bought at the bakery after going there multiple times. The olive bread gets finished within a couple hours and my husband and I fight for the cream puffs (sorry, they might actually go by a different name). Also, never had a problem with customer service at this place. It's quality product for sure!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ can someone confirm your hours at the ferry terminal as on google it says you close at 8pm, the girl at the counter said 7pm and they would not serve me at 6:40pm last time and i came early again today and they were closing at 6:22pm. Unacceptable.

Their showcase was beautiful. We came for the macarons because my children haven't had any before, they've only had macaroons. There was buns, both savory and sweet ones, macarons, tarts, cakes. They're open Tuesdays-Saturdays. We will definitely be back! Thank you for having us!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything I have tried at Sweet Thea's is amazing!!!! My family loves their pies, I LOVE their lemon tarts, their bread is incredible, and their cookies are delicious! I have ordered ahead on the phone and also walked in to their store and never have had any issues with customer service.

All the customer service complaints or one star reviews seem to be coming from people that haven't even tried their products or highly entitled people. Try them out yourself, don't skip!
