★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my first lesson with Valley Driving School. And Ronnie was my instructor. She is PHENOMENAL! Great instructor and Great person! In just one class I feel safer and more confident on the road! She was able to help me fine tune my driving skills. Increasing my knowledge and overall awareness! It was a great experience and I am now a better driver. Thank you Ronnie!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a gift card for motorcycle lessons and was charged for vehicle lessons. Company refuses to refund me the difference for their mistake. “Its policy” I lost $300 for THEIR mistake they refuse to fix. I don’t recommend bringing your business to a company that doesn’t protect their customers.
Edit: 12/22/2021 - it has been a week since I’ve posted this review and have reached out to the company again, who has clearly stated here to reach out to get my refund and I’ve heard nothing. Why am I being left to fight for my refund?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The amazing service started even before I purchased the service. The online chat is so helpful, fast, accurate, and all the attendants are so friendly. My instructor was a blessing, Ronnie was professional, friendly, caring, and calm. She showed me all the tricks to park properly and get it right on the first try, she insured I was prepared and confident for my road test. She was so awesome that successfully I passed my road test on the first try. Thank you Valley Driving School and Thank you so much Ronnie.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I managed to get booked in before the melt program. I Did my entire class one course in a one week period . On the first day I doubted myself as shifting was tough. My two instructors Kash and Bruce determined what worked best for me and rolled with it . Very good instructors in my opinion. Taught me the logistics behind everything I needed to know. Was a great experience and honestly I have nothing but good things to say. Even my air brakes course I found to be a good experience with Kim as my teacher. He really made the course interesting instead of boring with his sense of humour. Exactly one week after starting my class one course I just passed my class one road test with only one demerit on the pretrip and 10 demerits on the road test. I would highly recommend valley driving school. Hands down probably the best place to get your training done .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went with Valley Driving School for a Class 4 unrestricted license training. It is a total of 4 hours consisting of pre trip inspection and on road driving practices. I had an instructor named Doug at a Langley location. Doug is an awesome instructor. He has a sense of humor, yet very professional when it comes to teaching. He will tell you what you have done wrong and what you did right. Doug will go over the ones I have missed and keep reminding me if I forget. I passed my class 4 unrestricted exam in one try. Going over the pre-trip in detail helped me a lot. Overall, I had a wonderful experience with Valley Driving School. I highly recommend if anyone is interested in getting their commercial licenses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was taking the air brakes course and Deen was my instructor. He was very informative and made me feel at ease. What a great experience it was. He knows his stuff and made sure that everybody left there knowing what he was teaching. First class guy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did my code15 class 5 air brake endorsement last week and passed my knowledge exam at ICBC with 100% score yesterday.
Deen is an absolute legend of an instructor. He had a bunch of great techniques to help me remember everything and when I took the exam I didn’t have any second thoughts on any question. He really is a great instructor and I can’t recommend him enough for anyone considering doing a course with valley driving school.
