★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased a new home from Northridge in August 2020. V&S did the plumbing in the house. After we moved in we noticed the water heater exhaust fan was very noisy to the point of having to turn it off during the night so we could sleep. Northridge agreed the fan was noisy and had V&S order a new fan. V&S came out to install the new fan but brought the wrong one. They stated they would reorder the fan and let me know when it comes in. Later that day they asked for some pictures of the fan and the exhaust pipe. After almost a year I finally heard back and they stated they decided not to replace it. That the noise was "normal". One year prior everyone agreed the fan was excessively noisy and had to be replaced. They wouldn't tell me what changed. I finally has to replace the fan myself at a cost of over $400. Stay away from these guys.
