They have SO many services to offer and give you practical things you can do at home to further your wellness journey. Hands down one of my favorite places to go for taking care of myself and will be yours too when you give it a try!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Genuinely I would follow Karla anywhere, but I am happy to see her dream of a a wellness center with multiple disciplines working together. As of yet, I have only accessed Karla and Lauren (the Naturopath), but I am impressed with their knowledge and skill and they way they look after the person as a whole. I can never say enough about Karla... she is the first massage therapist I have ever had to really, truly help me. Her additional training makes seeing her, even if I have to wait a while, so worth it. If you just want a basic massage, I'm sure she or her cohort can help you out... but if you want a genuine treatment.... see Karla. With Lauren, this is my first time ever accessing a Naturopath, but she made the experience seamless. Her suggestions have been extremely helpful and I plan on continuing to work with her in the future. The atmosphere of the center is calm and soothing. I always enjoy going. Well worth the visits. Check it out folks!

After my massage he gave me home stretches to do to further benefit myself between sessions. Would highly recommend his services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Karla's knowledge of sports and work related injuries and how to treat them is unparalleled. I was preparing for a competition and injured my shoulder and I thought I was done. In three treatments Karla had me back in the game and I was able to compete. Karla also provides links to video exercises and stretches which were extremely helpful between treatments.
